Todd Pavone is an inspirational executive who has consistently transformed businesses in the technology industry by developing and innovating products, services and solutions while achieving record-breaking sales and ROI growth throughout his career. He is recognized as a thought leader with a proven ability to execute. Todd brings deep expertise in strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions, sales, marketing, engineering, manufacturing, and services. Todd has a relentless focus on customers and partners and has a unique ability to translate customer requirements into innovative offerings that define new markets and generate significant incremental margins to the business.
In 2022, Todd was appointed the President of Dell Technologies Strategic Partnership organization. A new organization formed with a focus on elevating a select set of key partners to drive long-term collaboration and growth. In this capacity, Todd leads a team of multidisciplinary experts focused on a handful of world–renowned companies.
Prior to this role, Todd was the CEO and President of Virtustream, a Dell Technologies business. Virtustream is a strategic cloud services business focused on high-value workloads. It operated as a standalone business unit. At Virtustream, Todd had full P&L responsibilities.
Previously, Todd was the President of Dell Technologies Consulting, where he led a 2000+ global organization with full P&L responsibility. Dell Technologies Consulting is a strategic operating business within the Dell Technologies portfolio of businesses.
Todd was one of the co-founders of VCE Corporation and a member of its leadership team. VCE was a joint venture between four technology thought leaders: EMC, Cisco, VMWare, and Intel. VCE was formed to innovate a new category of products, referred to as converged infrastructure, which combined virtualization, servers, storage, and management technologies into a single solution. During his tenure at VCE, Todd held the roles of Chief Operating and Product Officer.
Todd started his career working at Accenture, where he held several different leadership roles. He holds a B.S. degree in Computer Information Systems from Bentley University. Todd is also recognized as a leader advocating for diversity and change within Dell Technologies. Todd lives with his wife and three boys in Hopkinton, MA, where he has spent the past 16 years helping coach his boys’ baseball, soccer, and basketball teams.
