Leverage HubSpot's AI tools to get the right messages to your audience at scale — and give your team the time back in their days they desperately need.
You've finally done it.
After carefully identifying your value drivers and messaging points and completing multiple iterations (there's nothing quite like the moment you go from '_v4' to '_FINAL'), your blog is live.
But the work doesn’t stop there. Social copy, email drafts, and promotional assets are still on the list — and there’s always another campaign around the corner.
Between limited budgets, personnel, and resources, marketing teams don't have the luxury of lost time.
The good news is, you don’t have to start your content creation from scratch for every piece. With the right tools to power your content strategy, one form of content can be used to power multiple channels.
Content Remix is one of HubSpot’s newest AI tools built to help marketers scale their message — without overwhelming their teams. Paired with the AI Blog Writer and Breeze Copilot, you’ve got a content engine designed for efficiency, consistency, and impact.
Content remix is a tool within HubSpot that helps you create variations of your existing content, such as blog posts or landing page copy, with just a few clicks.
Whether it’s a blog, landing page, video, or even an audio clip — Content Remix can turn it into social posts, emails, video scripts, and more, catering to different audience preferences.
It’s built to help you get more out of what you’ve already created — so you can engage a broader audience across multiple platforms without reinventing the wheel.
In order to use the Content Remix tool, you need to have HubSpot’s Content Hub — and be on either the Professional or Enterprise tier.
Once you're in, use the menu on the left side of your screen and navigate to Content > Remix. Click on 'Start remixing' to begin transforming your existing content into new formats. Ensure that the necessary AI tools and features are enabled in your account settings to access this functionality.
Getting started with Content Remix is simple — and once you’ve done it a couple of times, it’s easy to build into your regular workflow.
1. Select your input type
This is the content you are looking to repurpose/remix.
Then add or upload the relevant content to remix.
3. Select your remix formats
Tell the tool which content formats you want to generate and how many — such as social posts, email drafts, video scripts, or ad copy.
*Note some content types may not be available, depending on your HubSpot plan.
4. Add a clear prompt
Guide the AI by including helpful context like your audience, tone, platform, and goal. If you have multiple social accounts connected in HubSpot, be sure to select the correct network when remixing. Even so, it’s still helpful to mention the platform in your prompt to ensure the tone and style are aligned.
Pro Tip: The fields and labels within Content Remix will adjust based on the content type you select. For example, if you choose Email, you’ll see "Template" instead of "Networks." If you select Ads, you’ll see "Ad Account." Make sure to choose the correct content source to avoid confusion or setup issues.
5. Review and adjust
Once the AI generates your content, take time to refine it. AI gets you a strong starting point, but it’s the human touch that makes it resonate and win.
Make sure the tone feels true to your brand, clarify any language, and adapt it for the platform you’re posting on. Whether it’s tightening the copy, adding context, or adjusting the format — this step is where good content becomes great.
The AI helps you move faster. You make it meaningful.
6. Save or publish
Push your new content directly into your campaigns or save it for later use.

Here’s a framework we follow at accelant when using the Content Remix tool:
Before you even open Content Remix, ask yourself: What value do I want my audience to gain from this content and/or campaign? What action am I looking to drive them towards?
If you're not creating content that's intentional and in alignment to your overall business, growth and content strategies, you're behind before you even get out of the gate. Ensuring that your content has strong answers to the questions above keeps your content clear and focused.
These tools are only as powerful as the information they have access to. In order to power AI tools effectively, they need the right context to tell the right story. In your prompt, include details like:
Audience: Who is this for? Sales leaders, marketers, developers, etc.
Platform: Where will it live? (LinkedIn audience ≠ TikTok audience)
Tone: What’s your brand voice? Friendly, professional, bold, witty, etc.
Campaign theme: Is this part of a bigger push — like a product launch or awareness play?
This is where a lot of content falls flat. The ideas are there — but without your brand tone, AI-generated content can feel robotic or generic. That disconnect can confuse your audience and dilute your messaging.
AI drives efficiency and saves time — but the human touch is makes your content feel real, trustworthy, and worth engaging with. Once Remix gives you the output, don’t copy-paste blindly. Edit with intention. Each platform has its own expectations:
LinkedIn: Longer form, educational, professional tone, hook-driven
Instagram: Visual-first, concise captions, emojis okay
TikTok scripts: Conversational, hook-driven, fast-paced
Email: Personalized, skimmable, action-oriented
AI gets you close — you get it over the finish line.
Pro Tip: HubSpot lets you define a brand voice — this includes tone, style, and do’s and don’ts for the AI to follow. Set it once, and it carries through across Content Remix, Blog Writer, and Breeze Copilot.
Have a topic in mind but stuck on the intro? Use the Blog Writer to generate an outline or a full draft in your tone and style. Add that to your Remix queue when you’re ready to amplify.
Think of this as your AI teammate. From rewriting text to summarizing pages to even completing routine admin tasks, Copilot helps your team move faster — especially when it’s crunch time.
