HubSpot’s Latest Updates: Smarter Features, Smoother Workflows, Better Results

Three Key Feature Call Outs & One Rescheduled Update

Easily Track Record Score History Without Extra Clicks

Understanding a record's score history just got faster—no more digging through individual records.

Why focus here? Lead and customer health scores are critical for prioritizing outreach, but accessing score history required multiple steps. This update eliminates unnecessary navigation, allowing teams to see score changes instantly.

.>>This feature is available to Professional and Enterprise accounts across Marketing Hub, and Enterprise accounts across Service Hub.

Why Does It Matter?

This update benefits sales, marketing, and customer success teams by:

  • Improving lead and customer prioritization – Quickly assess score trends without unnecessary clicks to focus on the most engaged contacts.
  • Enhancing pipeline visibility – Gain better insight into lead qualification, customer health, and churn risk at a glance.
  • Saving time on manual tracking – Reduce the need to open individual records, speeding up analysis and decision-making.

How Does It Work?

Now, with just one click inside the Index Page, users can open a record’s score history without needing to navigate to the individual record view. The same functionality applies within the Customer Success Portfolio tab, making it even easier to track changes in customer and lead scores.

Note: This feature is not yet available for score threshold properties.

Streamline Sales Meetings with AI-Powered Insights

Preparing for and following up on meetings just got easier with the Meeting Assistant in the Sales Workspace.

Why focus here? Meeting prep and follow-up are critical but often time-consuming tasks in the sales process. With AI-powered insights, sales reps can now get everything they need—before and after a meeting—in one place, reducing manual effort and improving efficiency.

>>This feature is available to Professional and Enterprise accounts across Sales Hub.

Prep button on a meeting

Why Does It Matter?

This update ensures sales reps have the right insights at the right time:

  • Improving meeting prep – Sales reps can quickly review attendee profiles, engagement history, and CRM data in one place.
  • Automating follow-ups – AI-generated summaries ensure key points and action items are captured, reducing manual note-taking.
  • Enhancing efficiency – One-click access to contact attendees and generate follow-up emails saves time.

How Does It Work?

In the Sales Workspace, reps can navigate to Guided Actions or the Schedule tab to access the Meeting Assistant. Before a meeting, open the assistant to review attendee details, past interactions, and AI-powered insights. After the meeting, AI-generated summaries capture key discussion points, suggest follow-up tasks, and provide pre-drafted emails for quick outreach. For HubSpot calls, transcriptions must be enabled, and for Zoom meetings, recording and transcription must be turned on.

Better Mobile Email Optimization for Higher Engagement

No more compromises—your marketing emails can now be fully optimized for both desktop and mobile.

Why focus here? Previously, designing marketing emails meant choosing between optimizing for desktop or mobile, often leading to a less-than-deal experience for one group of recipients. With this update, marketers can fine-tune emails for both screen sizes, ensuring a seamless experience no matter how recipients engage.

>>This feature is available to all HubSpot users across all hubs and tiers.

Layout for Mobile

Why Does It Matter?

This update helps marketers create seamless, high-converting emails by:

  • Improving engagement – Emails designed for mobile ensure a seamless recipient experience, reducing friction.
  • Enhancing conversion rates – Well-formatted emails drive more clicks and interactions.
  • Reducing design limitations – users can fully customize the email layout for both mobile and desktop views.

How Does It Work?

When creating marketing emails in HubSpot's drag-and-drop editor, users can now toggle device-specific settings to optimize layouts for desktop and mobile. Modules and sections can be hidden based on device type, column stacking can be disabled, and styling elements like spacing and background colors can be configured separately.

Pro tip: Use the mobile preview in HubSpot’s drag-and-drop editor to see exactly how your email will look before sending it out.
