Not all prospects need the same approach. Don't waste time on cold leads when you can focus on the ones already engaging.
Why focus here? Traditional sequences follow a one-size-fits-all approach—every prospect receives the same emails, at the same pace, with no differentiation between those who engage and those who don’t. But with Dynamic Sequences, reps can automate initial outreach and shift to manual tasks only for engaged prospects, saving time and maximizing efficiency.
>>This feature is available to Professional and Enterprise accounts across Sales Hub, Service Hub, and the Customer Platform.
When creating a sequence, users can now select Dynamic Sequences. These start with automated emails to warm up leads. Once a contact opens an email twice or clicks a link, the sequence switches to manual task steps, ensuring that reps engage only with contacts who show interest.
Re-engaging past subscribers just got easier. No more extra steps–just seamless opt-ins.
Why focus here? Previously, unsubscribed contacts who wanted to opt back into emails had to go through extra steps, like clicking a "magic link" to confirm their subscription. Now, if a contact submits a form linked to a subscription type, they’ll automatically be re-subscribed—no additional actions required.
>>This feature is available to Starter, Professional, and Enterprise accounts across Marketing Hub.
This update helps marketing teams:
When a form is associated with a subscription type, contacts will be automatically re-subscribed upon submission. For Pro+ portals, this removes the need for the previous "magic link" opt-in step. Free and Starter portals also benefit, ensuring smoother opt-ins for all. This update applies to both legacy and new HubSpot form builders, meaning existing forms with subscription types will now support seamless resubscription without additional changes.
Capturing the right data at the right time just got easier. Playbooks now support conditional property logic and options, ensuring reps only see and fill in the most relevant fields.
Why focus here? Playbook properties lacked the flexibility to adapt based on context, leading to unnecessary data entry and inefficiencies. Now, when users update a playbook property, conditional logic ensures they see only the fields and options relevant to their specific scenario. This means cleaner data, less manual work, and a more streamlined experience for teams.
>>This feature is available to Enterprise accounts across the Customer Platform, Sales Hub, and Service Hub.
This update helps sales and service teams:
Admins can set up Conditional Property Logic by navigating to Settings > Properties > Conditional Logic, where required fields and dependencies can be configured. Similarly, Conditional Property Options can be set up under Settings > Properties > Edit Property > Conditional Options, ensuring dropdown menus dynamically adjust based on previous selections.
At the end of February, HubSpot will roll out automatic property saving when editing from the CRM index page—no extra clicks needed.
This update streamlines data entry, but it also raises some questions surrounding workflow automation, data accuracy, and user control.
While autosave removes an extra step, instant property updates may have unintended effects:
>>This update is currently in beta, but will be available to all Hubs and all editions once rolled out.
