Key Feature Call Out

Simplify how contacts re-subsribe via form

Avoid missed connections and unnecessary opt-in friction!

Why focus here? Making it easy for contacts to re-subscribe means fewer missed opportunities and higher engagement rates. If previously unsubscribed users attempt to sign up via a form, they’ll now be automatically re-subscribed to the relevant email type, reducing steps and simplifying the experience.

This change is designed to recapture previously unsubscribed contacts and streamline their path to re-engagement.

This public beta feature is available all Marketing Hub accounts.

What Is It?

This update automatically re-subscribes contacts who submit a form associated with a subscription type. Pro+ users no longer need to click an opt-in message, and Free/Starter users are instantly re-subscribed upon form submission.

Why Does It Matter?

A smoother resubscription process drives re-engagement by making it effortless for users to receive your communications again, leading to:

  • Higher deliverability: Fewer steps mean fewer drop-offs and better inbox placement.
  • Less friction: Contacts can rejoin with ease, eliminating barriers to engagement.
  • Improved reach: Simplifying the process brings your messaging back into the inbox.
