Key Feature Call Out

Estimated Email Size in Marketing Email Editor

Clipped emails can mean lost engagement, missed conversions, and frustrated readers.

Don’t let your message fall short in the inbox!

Why focus here? The size of your marketing emails directly impacts their deliverability and readability. Larger emails are more prone to “clipping” by providers like Gmail, especially if they exceed 102 KB. This results in essential parts of your message being hidden, forcing readers to click “view entire message” or miss out entirely.

For marketers focused on engagement and conversions, managing email size is crucial to ensure that every word and image reaches your audience without interruption.

This public beta feature is available to all hubs and tiers.

What Is It?

This update allows you to see the total estimated size of your email directly in the top right corner of the editor, giving you immediate visibility into whether your email is at risk of clipping.

Why Does It Matter?

Ensuring your emails are the right size is essential for effective delivery, as it leads to:
  • Improved deliverability: Smaller emails are less likely to encounter issues with servers or inbox providers.
  • Reduced clipping risk: Avoid Gmail and other providers cutting off important parts of your message.
  • Enhanced engagement: Keep your full message visible to readers, boosting the chance they see and interact with your content.
