Key Feature Call Out

Search & Filter Duplicate Records

We’re excited to unveil a highly anticipated update to HubSpot's duplicate management tool: Search & Filter Duplicate Records. After countless conversations with clients facing the same frustration of duplicate-filled portals, we know this is going to make a big difference.

Why focus here? Duplicate records can undermine your business's efficiency and data accuracy, leading to wasted time, inconsistent customer experiences, and flawed decision-making. Focusing on effective duplicate management ensures that your CRM remains clean, organized, and actionable.

This feature is available to Customer Platform, Content, Marketing, Sales and Service accounts, both Professional and Enterprise.

What Is It?

HubSpot’s duplicate management tool now offers advanced search and filtering capabilities, enabling users to target duplicate records more precisely based on key attributes.

Additionally, the new search function helps users quickly locate specific records within their duplicate lists. Together, these features streamline the data cleansing process, making it easier to manage duplicates and maintain data integrity across your CRM.

Why Does It Matter?

Duplicate records clutter your CRM, leading to inefficiencies and data inaccuracies that can slow down processes, create confusion, and affect decision-making. The new search and filtering capabilities in HubSpot make it easier than ever to prioritize and eliminate duplicates, helping businesses achieve:

  • Improved efficiency: Spend less time sifting through duplicate records by filtering them based on relevant attributes, allowing teams to focus on high-priority data.
  • Increased data accuracy: Clean data is critical for generating meaningful insights. With these features, you can ensure your CRM is free from duplicate clutter, improving the quality of your reporting and decision-making.
  • Optimized workflows: When duplicates are reduced or removed, teams work more efficiently. By focusing on up-to-date and accurate records, departments such as sales, marketing, and customer service can work together seamlessly without the confusion caused by duplicate entries.
