Key Feature Call Out

Company Health Score Builder

With HubSpot’s recent surge of scoring features—Fit Scoring, Engagement Scoring, Deal Scoring—it’s easy to get overwhelmed with options. But today, I want to shine a spotlight on one that could make a real difference: The Company Health Score Builder.

Why focus here? Because we’ve all seen the numbers: Because we've all seen the stats: acquiring a new customer can cost 5x more than retaining an existing one. Yet many businesses stay locked on acquisition while neglecting the key to sustainable growth—retention.

This update is available to Service Pro and Service Enterprise users.

What Is It?

The Company Health Score is a feature that aggregates key activities and properties from associated contacts and rolls them into a comprehensive score on the company record. This score is then visible across the organization, offering a holistic view of customer health.

Why Does It Matter?

Customer success teams often struggle to use their data effectively to identify trends and risks. This tool helps them aggregate and analyze customer data more efficiently:

  • Spot trends and opportunities: See which customers are thriving and who may need more attention.
  • Identify churn risks: Track key signals that could indicate a drop in engagement or satisfaction.
  • Make data-driven decisions: Use real-time data to proactively address issues before they escalate.
  • Increase retention: Focus your efforts on maintaining and improving client relationships, reducing churn rates.
