THE CHALLENGE

Large goals, limited timeframe

With a rapidly approaching brand launch, ProImpress required a fast and seamless HubSpot onboarding to enhance their sales efficiency and maximize the impact of their marketing efforts.

Operating with a small-scale team responsible for selling their coaching and talent development services, ProImpress was faced with the daunting task of standing up their HubSpot software in tandem with the execution of their strategic brand launch.

In addition, ProImpress faced other impactful challenges:

Expedited Data Migration 

The client had to migrate over 1,000 contacts from various marketing, sales and LMS technologies - including, Insightly, EventBright, and Kajabi - within two weeks of their HubSpot software purchase to execute on their sales and marketing campaign strategies.

API Integration Requirements

With a robust existing techstack, ProImpress required API’s to integrate their data across platforms such as Kajabi, Eventbrite, Google, Zoom, Qwilr, and Monday.com to HubSpot.

To maximize the impact of their limited Sales Seats and Marketing Hub Starter package, accelant recommended the use of sequences to amplify outbound messaging – significantly increasing the team’s ability to reach more contacts with their brand messaging.
